7 ay hapis yattı, 200 bin TL talep ediyor

İzmir’in Bornova İlçesi’nde, esrar sattığı iddiasıyla 7 ay tutuklu kalıp, 4 yıl 2 ay hapis cezasına çarptırılan ve Yargıtay tarafından cezası bozulup beraat eden Ömer Gümüştaş, Maliye Hazinesi’ne karşı maddi ve manevi toplam 200 bin lira tazminat istemiyle dava açtı.
