Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, TBMM üyeliğinin sona ermesi ve Başbakanlık makamının boşalması nedeniyle Başbakanlığa vekalet etmesi için AK Parti Genel Başkanı ve Dışişleri Bakanı Davutoğlu’na yetki verdi.
